Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DAILY Freightliner services will run from Hull to London when the Hull terminal opens in October, says British Railways. Hull will be one of 10 new terminals opening this year. Initially only one daily service will operate from Hull running both ways.

Hull BR divisional manager Mr. Ian MacGregor says that if traders make use of the service it will help to ease the traffic jams on Humberside's overcrowded roads. More services will operate from Hull to other parts of the country in the future.

Dairy Workshop: Extensive new offices and an engineering workshop and electric vehicle centre have been opened by the Express Dairy next to its processing depot at Victoria Road, South Ruislip.
