MR. P. S. WALKINS, formerly librarian of British Overseas Airways Corporation, has been appointed librarian and information officer of the Owen Organization.

MR. M. STAFFORD has become managing director of Thornton's (Rhodesia), Ltd. He returned to Africa last week after ordering 12 Leyland Super Hippos and six Leyland Octopuses.

As part of the arrangements to fill the vacancies which will arise as a result of Mr. Womar's retirement from the boards of associated companies, MR. R. J. ELLERY will relinquish the post of secretary of the parent company with a view to his appointment to a number of the boards.
