Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Ballyvesey group, which manufactures trailers at its Craven Tasker and Montracon factories, has established a spare parts service, Euro Parts (Spares), to serve UK and continental operators.

Three branches at Toddington, Doncaster and Woodville are operating and a further five will be added to the group at Belfast, Bristol, Glasgow, Preston and Thurrock. They will be operational by the summer.

Each branch will hold a wide range of OE parts, available from a trade counter or from a fleet of supply vans on a regular or "panic" delivery schedule.

Montracon Tasker claims to have jointly built nearly 2,800 trailers last year for the UK market, which it estimates to be worth about 8,000 units.
