1US AND COACH operators lay not need to meet the iinding up costs of their sector if the Road Transport Industry "raining Board.
Junior Employment Minister eter Morrison told the House of ommons last week that the iovernment will bear any costs ricurred in the course of finding up this sector, when oluntary training arrangements fill apply from mid-March.
The Confederation of British oad Passenger Transport has lready made strong representaons about the threatened impoition of extra costs (CM, FebJary, 3), and a spokesman said 'at it was "hopeful" that this let its needs.
