Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Kirkby Bus and Coach of Anston near Sheffield has successfully certified the first Hungarian-built Ikarus Blue Danube coach built to British specification.

The coach is mounted on a Volvo MOM chassis and is the first of 21 being built for Kirkby to sell to British operators next season. The 3.58m high, high-floor coach is available in two specification packages — with, or without, centre toilet.

Fitted with 51 Vogel reclining seats, the lesser of the two specifications includes features such as double glazing to all windows except the windscreen, Blaupunkt radio and sound system, a Webasto heater and full soft trim.

The body is fully insulated and also features 13.3m3 of luggage space in both underfloor and rear luggage lockers.

The coaches are built to comply with West German Tempo 100 requirements as standard. Prices start at 280,973 for the basic specification. The version with toilet costs 284,475 (including the Volvo chassis).
