Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Scottish Bus Group is to substitute Ford and Bedfords in its 1975 order programme for Leyland Leopards because Leyland cannot supply chassis on time. In its orders for next year — published in the autumn — the Group announced that it was expecting 144 Leopard chassis.

Of these it has now decided to replace 42 with Ford and Bedfords. SBG is to have its first Bedford YRT chassis — 20 of them together with 12 Ford R1014 and 10 R1114 chassis. All the chassis will be bodied by Alexanders, some with the new 1-Type luxury bodywork.
