A JOINT organization to help customers acquire haulage companies in Britain and on the the Continent has been set up by three companies who specialize in distribution and marketing.
M. M. Distribution Consultants Ltd, of Church View House, 27 High Street, Glastonbury, Somerset; Helping S. A. of Brussels; and W. Wessel B. V. of Amsterdam, all keep a register of companies for sale. They will also provide detailed studies of market potential and financial and operating conditions.
For those companies which prefer a programme of linked services, M. M./Helping/Wessel will find the right firm and arrange introductions.
