Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A range of filter water-separator units produced by Rellumit (London) Ltd. is designed to combat the problem of difficult starting in very law temperatures. One version of the unit, known as the Climatic, incorporates an electrical heating element which is thermostatically controlled to maintain the fuel temperature at 20/25deg C. No heating element is fitted to the second type Which is called the Simplex.

Both units provide filtration below 5 microns and are available in capacities of 3+gal/h and 11gal/h.
