Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The cold-rolled mild-steel section introduced recently by Metal Sections Ltd, for van-body frames is now to be made available throughout the UK at a network of local stockists. Metal Sections, a TI Company, has appointed David Bloom Ltd, and Geo. 0. James Ltd, as stockists of Metsec van-frame section to the vanbuilding trade.

The two companies operate six service and stockholding depots located at Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle upon Tyne. Glasgow and Dundee. Each depot stocks sections in straight lengths, preformed in the case of roofsticks. CKD framing kits can be supplied for the larger orders, if required.

Metsec van-framing has been designed to combine a high inherent strength with a relatively low cost. Its use results in a van body less expensive than one based on light-alloy framing and more durable and lighter than one based on a timber frame. To ensure the maximum payload-to unladen weight ratio is attained, several new lightweight sections have been produced.
