AThe initials stand for International Cargo Handling Coordination Association. The Relevant address is Abford House, Wilton Road, London, SW1. The aim of the association is to increase the efficiency and the economy of the movement of cargo by coordinating and encouraging the improvement of cargo handling at all stages. The association fulfils the role of a trade association for port operators, on an international basis.
