Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The title of Milshaw Tipping Gear Co. Ltd., of Bradford, Yorkshire, has been changed to Milshaw Hydraulics Ltd.

The new name frees the company, a member of the Butterfield group, from its "tradition" of being solely tipping gear manufacturers, with both main streams of its activities—tipping gears and industrial hydraulics—being produced in a new factory at Holme Lane, Bradford 4, as well as from the company's original premises at Birch Lane, Bradford 5. The new factory, which is to be further developed, at present comprises 18,600 sq. ft. on a 21 acre site.

This is the company's third title. It was founded in 1920 as C. and M. Robertshaw and was renamed Milshaw Tipping Gear Company in 1930—the name being derived from the name of the then sole proprietor, Mr. "Mil"ton Robert"shaw". Hydraulic power was introduced during the war and development in the production of tipping gears followed.
