• The European headquarters of U-Haul Trailer Rental Systems will during next JanuL ary be transferred from Maidenhead (Berks) to the premises in Dean Street, Bedford, which until last September were used by Low Loading Trailer Co. Ltd. and became empty when that company was taken over by the Bedford firm of Motor Rail Ltd. to form a new trailer division at Simplex Works, Elstow Road, Bedford.
An order worth £25,000 for 200 trailers for use in connection with the expansion of business with the Continent has been placed by U-Haul Trailer Rental Systems with Motor Rail Ltd. to further increase its fleet.
