• A report on the possibility of transfer tickets for passengers paying the maximum Is 3d fare on Glasgow's municipal buses is to be prepared by Mr. E. R. L. Fitzpayne, general manager of the transport department.
Cllr. James Airth put the proposal to a transport sub-committee of Glasgow Corporation. Bailie John Warren, convener, said they were sympathetic to the problem of passengers who could not complete their journey by one bus and who had to pay the maximum fare.
