Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

with an aluminium alloy tank mounted on a Bedford TR 7-ton chassis, has recently been added to the Mobil Oil Co. fleet. It will replace a conventional 1,200-gal. model with a steel tank, for the transportation of lubricating oils, a development yielding savings in costs, since it has been possible to increase the tank's carrying capacity whilst retaining dimensions similar to those of the heavier steel tank_ Aluminium has been chosen also for its resistance to corrosion and the prospect of savings in maintenance, as except for the Mobil emblem and side flashes, the tank has a natural metal finish, the maintenance requirements for which are to be carefully compared with vehicles in the company's normal livery. In addition, internal cleaning will, it is expected, be considerably reduced.

The new vehicle—with a tank of maximum section construction — has been specially designed as a compact unit for easy manceuvrability in confined areas. It is one of a number which the company is to introduce to assess in Al2 operation the advantages of aluminium tanks.

Built by Alfred Miles Ltd., it has five compartments and a wide range of loading and discharge equipment. It will operate from Mobil's Wandsworth terminal through London and the surrounding territories.
