Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Migatronic Welding Equipment has added T-range to its Automig welders.

The 1-range, it says, features a major advance in welding — fingertip current control.

Using a thyristor-controlled rectifier design, the Automig 180MT models use a Migatronic torch which has the current control knob located in the torch so that the welding current can be altered during welding. The machine design ensures that welding voltage is altered at the same time as any current alteration, so allowing the welder to cope immediately with variations of gap or fit-up.

Automig 180MT models produce 20-180amps and are for use on 240 volts ac single phase supply (25amp fuse). Wire sizes 0.6mm, 0.8min and The Migatronic Automig 180MT. 1.0mm can be used. Wheels, bottle carrier and handle are fitted while the top of the machine includes a tray for tools.

A choice of three electronic boxes allows a choice of welding functions while an optional TP bottom box provides a power take-off point for power tools.

A range of Automig 200T models is also available with the current control knob again Located in the torch, and the same choice of electronic control boxes providing the required welding functions.

The Automig 200T models are designed for use on threephase 415 volt ac supply and produce 20-200amps output. Migatronic Welding
