Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Foam-cored insulating panels up to 7.3 metres long are now available to bodybuilders from Dufaylite Developments to simplify vehicle construction and maximise payloads.

The continuous, broken surface of up to 7.3m long makes for neat and economical installation, while the panels remain light enough for convenient handling and keep the overall vehicle weight down to increase pay-load efficiency.

Uniform thickness is another important benefit and the panels also have a reliably flat surface for the application of paint finishes and vehicle livery.

Dufaylite tailors the panels to individual specifications using a variety of foam types to provide the required insulation values. Cores include styrofoam, expanded polystyrene, and urethane, isocyanurate and phenolic foams, faced with aluminium, steel, plastic laminates, or GRP.

Customers may choose any combination, including different facing materials each side, plus a wide range of optional features, including timber or metal framing and special edge treatments, and blocks can be incorporated to provide secure fixing points for vehicle fitments.

Full details of panels up to 7.3m long, 2.44m wide and 100mm thick are available.
