/ Barclays Bank is financing a research fellowship at the automotive engineering centre of Birmingham University. The Barclays Research Fellow will work in the University's £1.5 million vehicle dynamics laboratory.
The University's Professor Michael Thompson described the offer — £100,000 over five years — as "a very generous and imaginative step by Barclays.
