Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A £200,000 depot for tanker vehicles was officially opened in Avonmouth, Bristol, last week. The depot, belonging to Leonard J. Stamp Ltd—part of the United Transport Group—is adjacent to the Avonmouth M5 access point linking Bristol with the country's major motorway systems.

The opening ceremony was performed by Mrs Kathleen Stamp, the wife of Mr Leonard Stamp, MCIT, general manager and founder of the company.

The depot, in Third Way, Avonmouth, is close to Stamp's previous operating centre and was constructed on a fiveacre site.

Facilities include a single-storey office block, workshops, stores, fuelling and tyre servicing facilities, steam cleaning and vehicle washing plant plus parking for 100 tanker vehicles. The depot will be available to all United Transport vehicles.
