HIGHER fares, designed to add an 'estimated £4.4m. to annual revenue, will be introduced by London Transport on September 26. The Transport Tribunal ordered the British Transport Commission, who made the application on behalf of L.T.E., to modify their original proposal for a £5.3m. increase.
