We would refer to an article published in our edition of 26 January 2006 concerning GS Logistics. We would like to confirm that an 0-licence application has, since publication, been received and accepted and we wish to clarify that no applications have at any time been refused by the DVNLI. GS Logistics is operating with a full valid 0-licence. In addition our article stated that Londonderry Port & Harbour Commissioners were owed approximately 2400,000. This information was incorrect. We would wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused to GS Logistics and their customers.
