TODAY (THURSDAY) Renault is launching what it intends to be the best van website in the business, The site, www.renaultvans.co.uk, contains a `configuratof enabling tradesmen to input the typical contents of their van and have the most appropriate model suggested to them. Other features include a van users' forum and the chance to hook services and test-drives online.
• On the eve of the show, we dropped in on Renault to try the double-deck dropsider Trafic, complete with a secure sliding drawer beneath the main Hoor.It's 265mni deep and can accommodate 8x4f1 building sheets. It costs £18,600 (ex-VAT) for the dCil 00 and £20,000 for the dCi140.
