Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Otis Transport Services, part of the Faber Prest group, has put the first Foden 4000series twin-steer tractive unit into service.

It is one of 16 Foden artics, all with single sleeper cabs to be supplied by Sandbach Truck Centre. Nine of the batch are twin-steer variants.

Cummins 14-litre 320 engines, Fuller 13-speed gearboxes and Rockwell drive axles are used throughout. The twinsteer units weigh in at around 7,300kg — which helped persuade Otis to buy Foden.
