Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TOWCESTER Parish Council (Northants) is looking into t possibility of starting a half-fare concessionary bus scher whch could be operational by late summer.

Three other schemes were put forward at the council's annt meeting this week — a token scheme, a free coach, and child fE scheme — but the half-fare scheme had an almost unanimo vote.

Chairman of the council, Joyce Herbert, said that it was extremely large project as Towcester was one of the largi parishes and was the furthest away from Northampton toy centre.

The scheme will cost £18 per person in subsidies, and t council is considering levying up to lp on the rates to cover t cost.
