Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• For this month's World Theatre Season at London's A ldwych Theatre the Austrian company brought its own scenery and props in a special drawbar trailer combination from Vienna.

One of 20 similar low-loaders and eight tractor units operated by the four Austrian State Theatres &' the Opera the unit used for the London visit was comprised of an OAF haulage tractor powered by a sixcylinder MAN diesel engine of 192 bhp and a Ludwig Sax six-wheel trailer with slatted timber bodywork built in the theatre group's engineering workshops.

To reduce unladen weight the lettered top panel is of painted canvas. The practice of using low-loading drawbar trailers was introduced as conventional high-sided rigids used for light scenery panels, etc, are unstable in high winds on mountain roads.

The tractor, carrying ballast weights only under a neat tilt, has a modified MAN crew cab with unusual sliding doors to allow the unit to pull up close to the wall in narrow driveways without impairing access.
