Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Iam really angry about Brian Iam really angry about Brian Weatherley's introduction to his comment headed "Shame on you!" (CM 19-25 Sept). Yes, I have got a rubbish-strewn office, but I still tax all my vehicles and pay my drivers' wages, despite being strung up by the construction industry and its terrible rates.

We are at the bottom end of the haulage industry, in tippers, and I am working 65 to 70 hours a week trying to keep this show on the road. We may not be able to afford a clean ing lady or have a secretary on call, but we've still managed to buy a new vehicle recently and we pay our debts in full, more or less on time. So before taking this condescending attitude to the people in the bottom end ot the industry... stop and think, we are your readers too.

• Consider the rebuke as being well and truly noted. It's good to see that a "rubbish-strewn office" doesn't keep you from being professionai—or legal either—Ed.
