Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MINI MIX of Chesterfield says its first 1.3cum capacity mini-transit concrete mixer has recently begun operation in Chesterfield, and a second unit is due to start operation very shortly in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

The mixer unit is mounted on a Dodge 50-series vehicle, and has its own petrol-driven donkey engine driving a hydraulic motor to rotate the drum.

The unit is not a "self-loader" but is designed to load from either "wet batch" or "dry batch" concrete plants which need only a movable hopper attachment to bring the height of the discharge chute down to the 6ft9in height of the Mini Mixer. This enables large mixer units to be loaded from the same discharge point.

The Mini Mixer is claimed to cut down the costs of small loads of concrete which allows access to sites to larger mixers. Its narrow width also allows access to sites prohibited to large mixers.
