Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Michelin has added a new tyre to its range to cope with the worst of the winter weather.

The drive-axle XDN Grip is the only tyre from the new Maxi Grip Winter range available in the UK. It features a new damage-resistant compound designed for use on wet and snow-covered roads. Michelin says it will last 15% longer than the standard XDN.

The new compound is also designed to give the tyre more retread lives.

Operators with trucks working almost wholly on the Continent can order the rest of the Maxi Grip range through their UK distributor. This includes the steer-axle XFN+ and the drive-axle XDS and XDW Ice Grip.
