Robinson of Stockton-on-Tees drove his 1954 Foden on a sponsored trip to the Scania Motor Museum in Stockholm, with free ferry crossings courtesy of Ferrymasters.
The four-cylinder, two-stroke diesel Foden took two years to restore, and completed the 966km journey in a week without any problems.
Over £2,000 was raised: enough to buy and train two guide dogs. The Hawk's compliments to all concerned.
