• John Battrick, a partner in M & E Coaches of Blackburn, has had an endorsement on his driving licence removed and a fine imposed for using a PSV with dangerous parts reduced on appeal to Preston Crown Court. In May, Tattrick admitted the offence before the Clitheroe magistrates and was fined 2250 with three penalty ,points. (CM 18-24 May).
