Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

.LEYLAND BUS still hopes to supply. buses to Bangkok Mass Transit in Thailand despite a continuing saga of the deal being off, on, then off again.

liowever, it now seems unlikely that the original plan for Leyland, MVA Consul. tants and the National Bus Company to supply 4,000 buses and a managenrent backup will go ahead.

This follows continued reports of a Thai cabinet_ veto of the £396 million scheme on the grounds that it is too expensive.

The consortium has now submitted a £94 million plan which will involve the supply of 770 hoses together with the setting up of new depots and workshops.

The plan is also supported by the possibility of a 1120million British Government aid contribution.
