SINCE its introduction a few years ago "The Motor Electrical Manual" has filled a long-felt want. There was a period in the development of motoring when the only electrical feature of a car was the ignition system, although even this was not easy to understand. Nowadays electricity has a very much _wider application than the ignition system, and is used for lighting, „starting, Actuating warning devices, and auxiliary fitments. •There is, in fact, a great deal to be learnt about electrical matters if the car owner desires to understand his car thoroughly, and be
