Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

firms could join hauliers and start sourcing "grey' imports from abroad, according to rental company TLS.

Managing director Terry Williams says he has spoken to several hauliers who now buy many of their commercial vehicles in Holland and Belgium, importing as many as five at a time, "Grey imports in cars are well established, but haulage contractors are only now beginning to realise that they too con make significant savings by buying their trucks abroad," he says. "Hauliers are under so much pressure at present that they are willing to look for savings wherever they can."

Williams says rental and contract hire companies may soon be bringing in their trucks from abroad too. "We have no immediate plans to bring in grey imports, but it may be something we cannot ignore in the longer term," he says.
