Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Rental and contract hire company Four Point Hire of Feltham had some unwelcome visitors to its Watford depot on 19 November when thieves made off with four Fodens worth over 2100,000.

The stolen vehicles comprised three 4x2 tractive units and an eight-le,gger with roll on/off equipment.

Details on the three tractive units are as follows: D124ALA, chassis number 214667 Gardner 320 engine; D125ALA, chassis number 215082, engine number 237889, Gardner 320 engine. Both these vehicles are fitted with Twin Splitter gearboxes. The remaining tractive unit, CNR607T has a 290 Rolls engine. Its chassis number is 102750.

The rigid chassis has the registration number C521ULA, chassis number 214339 and engine number 235826. It has a Gardner 270 engine and a 13speed Fuller box.

All the vehicles' cabs are painted white and lettered "Four Point Hire" on the side. Along the front of each cab there is a brown band with the words "Herts County Council Waterdale".

It appears as if the vehicles were stolen to order, possibly for parts, as the thieves did not touch a brand new Foden 4000 Series which was also in Four Point's premises.

Anyone with information on any of these vehicles should call (0923) 661011.
