Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WHETHER or not the Mary Rose Trust prayed "Ohl for the wings of a dove," the need for transport for artifacts from Henry VIII's great warship at Portsmouth was recognised in Croydon. The Dove Group has lent a Sherpa to do porterage while the vessel is being restored and hopes to display some interesting objects in Croydon next year.

Some £41/2m has already been subscribed by business interests and others towards the raising of the ship off Southsea but many hundreds of thousands of pounds still have to be found for its restoration and for a museum. Dove is making a useful contribution in kind to an historic project.
