• Edbro (Holdings) Ltd is to acquire complete control of Edbro Europa NV, of Zoetermeer, Holland, in which it already has a 50 per cent stake. There will be no change in Edbro Europa management, but Mr Frank Zwanenburg will join the parent company board.
Founded in 1957 by Frank Zwanenburg, Edbro Europa is now the largest single customer of Edbro, whose factories in Bolton, Lanes, produces, and exports hydraulic tipping gears and ancillary equipment.
