The crowd looked on in disbelief as two punters at a truck auction bid on an 8x4 bin wagon that had its refuse body resting on its rear axles. Laurie Dealer can still smell the rancid trash crammed into the can ahead of its fateful journey to market – the truck had no reserve so the first bid ensured a sale. Unless you have the correct licensing permits, the only option to empty it is fly tipping; if you have the correct permits, then it’ll cost you extra to unload anyway. Also, definitely avoid old chemical tankers with ‘old chemicals’ in.
