• The High Court has thrown out an inquest jury's verdict that a teenager, crushed under the wheels of a TNT truck in the Wapping dispute last year, was unlawfully killed.
The inquest jury had defied the St Pancras coroner Dr Douglas Chamber who told it that the "appropriate" verdicts would be misadventure or accidental death.
Unemployed Michael Delaney, 19, fell under the truck as it was being driven from Rupert Murdoch's News International plant in east London last January. Delaney's family is expected to pursue the case.
