Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Department of Transport is expected to publish its revised code of practice on safety of loads in vehicles in the near future. The code will concentrate on load restraint systems and give advice on their correct use, inspection and maintenance.

Particular attention will also be paid to what the DTp considers dangerous loads, namely steel, timber, drums and mechanical plant.

Speaking at the IRTE conference last week, Mike Smith, of Apex Load Control, said: "I think that list should include roll pallets."
