Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Kelseal has introduced a non-stringing sealant for the smaller coach builder and repairer.

Called Kelbond F, the sealant is a one-part, air-curing, solvent-based sealant which gives a .tough, rubbery finish, and can, if required, be over-painted. The cured sealant, it is claimed, exhibits tenacious adhesion normally associated with the two-part and stoving materials such as pvc Plastiosol, and because of its ability to seal a variety of materials can be used for many applications in industry.
