• The directors of Longton Transport (Holdings) Ltd, of Stoke-on-Trent, advised by Industrial Mergers Ltd, announce that agreement has been reached in principle, subject to contract, for Longton to acquire the Bulk Storage Group of Companies engaged in warehousing, distribution and general haulage based at Walthamstow.
The consideration of £610,000 will be satisfied as to £498,000 in cash and as to the balance by the issue credited as fully paid of 210,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in Longton.
