Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ASECONDARY-BRAKE conversion kit for fitting to Bedford TKs has been introduced by Primrose Group Sales, PO Box 1, Padiham, Lancs.

This kit involves adding an air-pressure diaphragm chamber to the end of the TK's existing air-hydraulic servo to provide a secondary independent source of power for applying the hydraulic tandem master cylinder.

The secondary air-pressure diaphragm is fed by its own independent air reservoir and is energized by a relay valve, triggered by a cable from a hand control in the cab.

The price of the kit is £40, plus £1 for carriage and a supplementary charge of £12 which is made is credited back provided the vehicle's original air servo is returned to Primrose in a serviceable condition after the modified servo has been fitted. A fitting charge of £23 10s, is made when a conversion is carried out at the Primrose works.
