Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO Foelen coaches with bodies by James Whitson and Co., Ltd., Sipson, West Drayton, won first prizes in their respective classes in the third Concours International de Cars, held last week-end at Nice. This is the second in, which the coachbuilder has entered and succeeded.

. The Concours included classes for service buses, for long-distance touring coaches and for special excursion and tour coaches. In the last class the winner was the observation coach eXhibited at the New York Show last month, and illustrated and described in "The Commercial Motor" of April 14.

In the class for long-distance coaches, the winner was a Whitson-bodied Fodert, fitted like the observation coach, with the two-stroke oil engine. This. vehicle has a 19-ft. 6-in, wheelbase and is 30 ft. long, Luxury seating for 37 passengers is fitted. A four-speaker radio installation and exceptional luggage space are other features of. the design.

District.

On behalf of Chesterfield Corporation, it was suggested that the applicant hoped to extract a good deal of the municipal undertaking's traffic between Dronfleld and Chesterfield.
