D EC AU SE of,the increase in railway charges in Canada, vehicles from the General Motors factory at Oshawa. Ontario, are being delivered by road via the-U.S.A. to the Prairie Provinces. It is expected that the volume of road deliveries will increase during the next few months, and transport officials are confident that they can compete successfully with railway rates.
