Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The exorbitant increase in fees for the plating and testing of vehicles and trailers is costing my company £1,877,50 a year, an increase of 98 per cent.

The DoE sent by the same post no less than six handtyped envelopes, each containing an information bulletin and one form, VTG 40L. Can I presume that six lists of fleet operators were issued to the typing pool, or even worse to "agency temps," and those companies on the mailing list will each receive six copies ?
