A new Italian welder—the Mosa 150—is announced by Nu-Plant Ltd. the UK concessionaire for the manufacturer.
The high-frequency generator develops an output of over 150amp and is driven by an 8 hp two-stroke 123 cc aircooled petrol engine.
The engine has an electronic control that adjusts the speed to the load required. Therefore the engine is never developing more power than necessary and reverts to idling whenever the load is eased.
Finish is claimed to be firstclass and because of its low weight of 54Ib and small dimensions—height 15in., length 20in. and width 9in.—it is fully portable.
Concessionaire: Nu-Plant Ltd, 52 Grafton Way, London W1. Price.: £198.
