Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Developed with the container industry in mind, a new chemical cleaner is announced by CeeBee Chemical Co. Called CeeBee Transbrite 4, it will be of particular interest to operators of tankers, aluminium-bodied vans, tippers and trucks and containers.

An acid-based material, normally diluted with water, depending upon the state of the aluminium, the cleaner is colourless and practically odourless. It can be applied by spray or brush and is then left for up to 30min before being worked off with cold water. It will not affect normal paint surfaces or waterproofing mastics.

Equally effective on stainless steel, Transbrite 4 requires no neutralizing after use. Normal safety precautions only are necessary—operators being advised to wear rubber gloves and goggles.

Made by: Cee-Bee Chemical Co Ltd. 2 Palace Gardens. Enfield, Middx.

Price: According to quantity ordered—from about £1 9s per gal.
