Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Following representation by SABHATA to the Ministry of Transport concerning the rear lights on tipping vehicles, the Ministry of Transport has this week advised the Alliance that it is accepting its proposal to allow the maximum height from the ground for rear lamps to be raised from 42in. to 54in. A suitable amendment has to be included in the appropriate section of schedule 1 of the Road Vehicles' Lighting Regulations which are, at present, being consolidated at St Christopher House.
