Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Consumers are able to gain online access to Manheim Auctions' stocklist using its Hammer Time! service. Kevin Swallow reports.

An online subscription service from Manheim Auctions gives customers instant access to used vehicles passing through its 19 auction centres.

It is designed to cater for those non-trade account holders who don't have access to CV Live, which is rolled out across the used CV network.

Hammer Time!, not to be confused with baggy-trousered American rapper-turned pastor MC Hammer's trademark call to dance, costs £4.99 a week or £14.99 a month for unrestricted access.Three, six and 12-month subscription packages are also available.

Perran Moon, Manheim's head of marketing, says:" Hammer Time! will enable motorists to find exactly what they are looking for quickly and easily from an extensive choice of vehicles passing through the world's largest auction company.

"We hope Hammer Time! will give customers the confidence to buy from auction for the first time."

The system offers subscribers unlimited searches to find their desired vehicles and the ability to view photos, condition reports and detailed vehicle specifications. An e-mail system is in place to notify buyers if their chosen truck is added to the auction.

HammerTime has access to more than 600,000 vehicles—vans and LCIVs as well as cars and motorhi kcs— and already has 1,000 subscribers. For more information visit www.manheirmaLuk/hammertime •
