service vehicles. Masternaut's tracking system is being fitted to Barloworld's UK service fleet to boost its customer service and improve efficiency.
As well as allowing a more responsive service, the tracking system also improves security and safety, allows the quick retrieval of stolen vehicles and monitors safe driving.
Richard McKenzie, marketing manager at Barloworld. says: "Masternaut has enabled us to make some important changes in working practices to help cover travel costs and improve margins. The fact that Masternaut is webbased has really helped — not only is it accessible from anywhere but everyone has found it very easy to use."
