Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

To set the record straight, Mr KM was a director of a company which, in spite of the use of the Pall-Ex name in its title, was completely independent of Pall-Ex (UK) Ltd. The business was the member of the Pall-Ex network for South Wales but Mr Kiff did not "run

the South Wales operation for Pall-Ex". Pall-Ex (UK) had no financial interest in Mr Kiff's company, nor any cortrol OVE the wider range of its commei cial activities.

I'd also like to stress that, like the other established palletised freight networks, Pi Ex has been instrumental in creating an element of cohesii and stability within this partici, any volatile and fragmented sector of our industry.

We have enabled many small and medium-sized companies to compete on lev terms with the larger, multi-Si network operators.

Hilary Sharpies, Managing director, Pall-Ex 0.110 Ltd.
